Integrations Figma

Figma

On roadmap

From audit finding to design-file comment

Status

The Figma plugin is on the 2026 roadmap (in active development). Until it ships, every Pro+ audit’s findings export to a structured JSON that’s compatible with the Figma comment API — your team can post them via a custom script or our forthcoming plugin.

What the integration does

  • Reads the latest audit’s critical + high-severity findings via the UXAudit API
  • For each finding, posts a Figma comment tagged to the matching screen in your design file
  • Each comment includes: the finding title, the severity, the guideline citation, and a link back to the full audit report
  • Re-runs on each new audit so closed findings disappear and new ones surface

Why this matters

Audits live in a tool. Fixes live in another. Without a bridge, findings get triaged in Slack, transcribed to Linear, lost in a sprint, and never reach the file where the fix happens. The Figma integration closes the loop — designers see findings where they’re already working.

Setup (when the plugin ships)

  1. Install the UXAudit. Now plugin from the Figma Community
  2. Connect your UXAudit account (Pro+)
  3. Map your project’s audit URLs to Figma file IDs
  4. Run an audit — findings appear as Figma comments in 30 seconds

Available today (API workaround)

If you’re on Pro or Enterprise and want to ship this integration before the plugin lands, use the UXAudit API to pull findings and the Figma REST API’s comment endpoints to post them. Talk to us at [email protected] — we’ll share a reference script.
